I’m very excited to announce that I’m working on the third installment of the Spoonie Experiment review videos, and this one is going to be the most exciting yet! I’ll be reviewing the book The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and taking a look at how it relates to life with chronic illness. But wait! There’s more!
I’m thrilled to have Molly from Based on a Sprue Story joining me in this video! That’s right – our first ever guest reviewer! We happened to be reading the book at the exact same time, so it was meant to be. We’ll be presenting our Spoonie’s Guide to the Galaxy and talking about the answers to life, the universe, and everything – so don’t miss it!

I can’t wait. You both are amazing!
Thanks! 🙂
Cool. I always meant to read this and never have. I look forward to the review (especially from an illness perspective).
Have you ever read the Veronica Roth trilogy? It’s YA but it’s more like “1984” than like “Sweet Valley High.” I mention it because a couple of chronic illness bloggers described the series as being a good distraction from pain. I only read the first two but they were good.
Great recommendation! Always looking for new books to check out. Molly and I had both read Hitchhiker as teens but couldn’t remember much of it and thought we’d enjoy it more as adults. We didn’t talk about this at all, we just both happened to have the same reason for picking it up at the same time.
YOU GO GIRL!!!!!!!!
