Do I Look Sick featured in The Pillow Fort!

Hey guys! I know I’ve been MIA – we spent the weekend painting our new house, and began moving in last night. I was up until about 1 AM just unpacking clothes. ACK. I have a bunch of pretty pictures to show you all and a lot to say about the experience of buying and moving in to your first home while dealing with chronic pain and IBS. But today I’m playing catch up at work so I cannot wax poetic at the moment.

HOWEVER, I do have some really exciting news! I was featured in the first issue of The Pillow Fort, a new e-magazine out of the UK! Check it out at the link below!

Click here to visit The Pillow Fort.

It only costs $3, and it supports awareness and support for chronic illness! Plus I bet you’ll discover some awesome new blogs to go read!

Thank you, Pillow Fort, for getting the word out and for featuring Do I Look Sick!

Also, ads are officially back on the page – last chance to let me know what you think before I make my decision! The poll is still pretty much tied. Tell me what you think!

  1. Yes! Congratulations! I know you wore yourself out getting the house ready and moving–but congratulations ANYWAY! I hope it is a nice, cozy place for you both!

I never see ads on your site. Why do you think that is? Is it because I’m on WordPress, too?

    1. I believe that’s the case, yes. I rarely see ads on anyone’s sites on wordpress, but when my mom and dad read they see ads – and often mistake them for videos I posted. Hehe. But for the most part I think it’s rare for my readers. I’m going to leave the ads up because I don’t think it’s worth it when so few people actually notice. 🙂

The house is nice and cozy – now to get out of unpacking purgatory! 😉

    1. Yay! It’s pretty cool, I love the other articles and the layout feels like a “real” magazine. As a teeniebopper I used to be such a junkie for those girls magazines – that are full of nothing but nonsense but so colorful and fun to read. I love the idea of this magazine – I printed the whole thing out and feel like a tween again – only with REAL material to read! 🙂
